TERMS AND CONDITIONS – LEVEL BAITS V.O.F.
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements ofLevel Baits V.O.F., aimed at consumers (B2C).
By placing an order, the customer declares to have taken note of these terms and conditions and accepts them unconditionally. Deviations are only valid if they have been expressly confirmed in writing by Level Baits V.O.F. in advance.
2. Offer and order
All offers are non-binding as long as stocks last.
An agreement is concluded at the moment the customer completes the order and the payment is successfully processed.
Level Baits V.O.F. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of obvious errors in pricing, stock or product information.
3. Prices and payment
All prices quoted are ineuros (€)andinclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment is madeimmediately and in fullwhen placing the order via the payment methods offered in Odoo. Orders will only be processed after receipt of full payment.
4. Delivery
Level Baits V.O.F. makes every effort to deliver orders as quickly as possible. The stated delivery times are indicative and not binding.
A delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order, unless expressly stated otherwise by mandatory consumer law.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer at the moment of delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian consumer law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the agreementwithin 14 calendar daysafter receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Level Baits V.O.F. in writing (by email or post).
The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging within 14 days of withdrawal. The costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
After a correct return, the customer will receive the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs) back within 14 days via the same payment method.
6. Liability
Level Baits V.O.F. is solely liable for damage resulting from its own intent or gross negligence, in accordance with legal provisions.
Level Baits V.O.F. is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage arising from incorrect or improper use of the products.
7. Complaints
Complaints about delivered products must be reported in writing to Level Baits V.O.F. within8 days of receipt.
Filing a complaint does not suspend the payment obligation.
8. Applicable law and disputes
Only Belgian law applies to all agreements of Level Baits V.O.F.Belgian lawis applicable.
In the event of disputes, only the competent courts of the district where Level Baits V.O.F. is established shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
