Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Delivery Time
We do our utmost to process and dispatch every order as quickly and accurately as possible.
Orders placed before Sunday at 18:00 will be collected by our shipping partner every Tuesday.
The average delivery time is a maximum of 10 working days, depending on the destination.
Deliveries are only possible within the EU.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed in a timely manner via the webshop, with an indication of the expected delivery time.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated via Sendcloud during checkout.
The cost depends on the destination country and the weight of the order.
The maximum weight per package is 21 kg, including packaging and contents.
No shipping costs are charged for collection.
All prices listed on the website are exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
3. Shipping Partner & Track & Trace
Our orders are shipped via reliable shipping partners appointed through Sendcloud.
On the day of dispatch, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email.
This allows you to track your delivery and, if possible, adjust the delivery time.
In case of absence, we recommend choosing delivery to a parcel point.
In the event of damage or loss of packages for which a drop-off permission was given, Level Baits VOF cannot accept liability.
4. Large or heavy orders
For exceptionally heavy or bulky orders, we reserve the right to:
adjust the shipping method, and/or
contact you if additional shipping costs apply.
Such orders are preferably collected during the fixed collection times. In this case, you can always decide to cancel the order.
5. Collection
Avoid shipping costs by choosing collection.
Fixed collection times: every second Thursday evening of the month, from 18:30 to 21:30.
All orders must be placed in advance via the webshop.

Collection is only possible by appointment and after online payment, unless otherwise agreed.
